ADMISSION INFORMATION

Registration: The Registration form duly filled, should be deposited to the fee counter of the E – Shan Public School along with the required documents(as mention below)and registration fee in cash before the last date of submission.

Note: The registration form is not transferable and only the form issued by the school should be used for registration of your child.

Admission Information: Admission is open to all the classes from Nursery to class IX for the Academic Session 2013 -2014. From Class 11 on wards, it is a must to submit a school leaving or Transfer Certificate from the previous school before the new session commences. Applying for the registration does not imply admission, it is subject of observation and availability of seats.

Note: Result of the Entrance is displayed on the notice board on the same day at 5:0O pm & selected Students will get the SMS on their Mobiles. The dates given above may he changed due to some internal reasons of the school so it is requested to the parents to in touch with fee. counter or the school Administration All the intimation regarding the above will be displayed on the notice board of the school.
Incomplete or un illegible registration forms will not be accepted.

Documents required For the Registration!

  • The Registration form (Duly filled)
  • Admit & Identity card(Photocopies of the document)
  • Birth certificate(Issued by Municipal corporation or any competent authority)
  • The last report card for the class II on words
  • Transfer certificate, for the class II on words
  • Three recent passport size color photographs of the candidate
  • Three recent passport size color photographs of the candidate
  • At the time of admission ,a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner

Continuous stands for assessment of a student throughout the year, not just at the end of a term. It may be done formally or in an informal way using different techniques of evaluation. Comprehensive takes care of assessment of all round development of a child’s personality. A child will be assessed not only interms of his knowledge about a subject but his participation in other activities also.
Broadly, we assess a child’s growth in two areas  Scholastic and Co-scholastic.

The term Scholastic refers to those aspects , which are related to intellect or the brain. It is related to the assessment of learners in curricular subjects. It includes assignments, projects, practical etc.
The term Coscholastic refers to those aspects which are related to hand and heart.

The School Session is divided in to two terms:

Second Term

October to March

Each term has two Formative Assessments (FA) and one Summative Assessment (SA).
